Kopila Valley School recently held an oratory competition on the topic "Nepali Rituals and Culture," featuring active participation from students in grades 9 to 12. The event, organized by the school's Nepali department, aimed to encourage students to explore and articulate their understanding of Nepali Rituals and cultures.
The competition was chaired by Principal Rajen Karki and evaluated by a distinguished panel, including Vice Principal Pratigya Dhungel, School Coordinator Lila Ram Acharya, and Education Specialist Sudarshan Pandey. Their expertise provided valuable insights into the presentations, making the competition both challenging and enlightening for the participants.
Kunsang from grade 11 secured the first position with a compelling speech that captivated the audience and judges alike. Himani, also from grade 11, took the second position, while Chandani from grade 12 and Jibika from grade 12 were awarded the third and fourth positions, respectively.
This event not only highlighted the students' oratory skills but also underscored the importance of preserving and promoting Nepali rituals and culture among the younger generation.
